IFU Governance

Governed by Integrity. Built on Accountability. Designed for Global Trust.

The International Farm Union (IFU) operates under a governance framework designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship across its global agricultural ecosystem.

As a platform that integrates commercial agricultural trade, digital infrastructure, and mission-driven impact, IFU is structured to maintain clear oversight, ethical operations, and compliance with international standards.

Governance Structure

IFU’s governance model is designed to support both its commercial platform operations and its social impact mission, through a clearly defined and balanced structure:

Board Of Directors

Provides strategic oversight, fiduciary responsibility, and long-term direction for IFU. The Board ensures that all operations align with the organization’s mission, values, and global objectives.

Executive Leadership

Responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of IFU’s strategy, including platform development, partnerships, and operational delivery across all system components.

Advisory Council

Comprised of global experts in agriculture, policy, finance, and development, the Advisory Council provides independent guidance to strengthen IFU’s strategic positioning and ensure alignment with international best practices.

  • Transparency: Open communication, clear reporting, and accessible information across all levels of the organization.
